Our Team
Erika Wilke
Founder and co-director. CFP®, BA, Grad Dip Sociology, Diploma FP. She commenced PrimeCare Financial Planning in 2007 in response to a growing community need to provide personal financial advice to people working through the financial maze for Aged Care.
Robert Martin
Robert Martin is Co-Director of PrimeCare Financial Planning, A Senior Aged Care Specialist and Placement Manager since 2012. He has been involved with aged care services industry for over ten years with a focus on understanding the clients’ priorities. Robert has helped hundreds of families move into aged care. His strength is to match an appropriate facility with the care needs of loved ones and their financial capacity. He assists families from start to finish on the aged care pathway and prides himself on his RAD negotiating skills and clear explanations of the aged care financials.
Robert has a Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Monash University. He is a Co-Director of PrimeCare Financial Planning Pty. Ltd.
Robyn Erskine
Robyn is a Senior Financial Planner and has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. She has over 15 years financial planning experience with Bendigo Bank, Hillross and The Money Managers.
Heather Bleazby
Senior Financial Planner CFP® Heather is a qualified Financial Planner with a Diploma of Financial Planning. Heather is a CFP® professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia. Heather is an authorised representative of PrimeCare Financial Planning.
Heather has a wealth of experience with a range of financial investment products, along with Centrelink/Services Australia procedures required for her clients. Heather has been involved with financial services for over 20 years assisting many families with their aged care and retirement needs, previously with Commonwealth Financial Planning (CBA).
Christine Davie
Senior Financial Planner CFP® Christine is a Certified Financial Planner with a Diploma of Financial Planning, and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University. Christine has also completed the Ethics and Professionalism in Financial Advice. Christine is an authorised representative of PrimeCare Financial Planning.
Christine first worked as a financial planner in the 90s and has many years of experience in advising a wide range of clients, across various strategies including life insurance, investment and superannuation..
Christine is a member of FAAA, Financial Advice Association of Australia.
Synthia Sekar
Senior Financial Adviser
Synthia is a Certified Senior Financial Adviser, has an Advanced Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and a range of other financial services qualifications including Ethics and Professionalism in Financial Advice. Synthia is a member of the FAAA financial association.
Synthia has many years of experience in a range of financial disciplines including superannuation, funds under management, retirement strategies and in recent years specialising in the aged care financial sector.
Synthia is an Authorised Representative of PrimeCare Financial Planning Pty Ltd and is aged care accredited and has a passion for guiding and delivering the most suitable outcomes for her clients.
Sharon Tee

Sharon is a very experience Senior Financial Adviser and an Authorised Representative of PrimeCare Financial Planning Pty Ltd. She has a wealth of experience in Financial Services and specialises in Aged Care. Sharon is very passionate about delivering the very best solutions for her clients. Sharon is expertly equipped to assist her clients in Retirement Strategies, Superannuation, Estate Planning, Risk Management and Insurance Planning, and the most appropriate aged care financial advice.

Jennifer Rice heads up our client services team.
Jennifer has a wealth of experience in the client services domain and some of her roles include client services positions at St Vincents Health and Dementia Australia.
Jennifer and her team will efficiently answer your queries and organise your consultation with one of our expert advisers in a friendly manner. While also relieving potential client’s anxieties that often impact them when having to enter their loved ones into aged care.
Jennifer assists clients with our accommodation placement service very competently due to her valued experience at St Vincents and Dementia Australia.
Jennifer also assists with our Centrelink service and online lodgement.
