Robert Martin
Robert Martin is Co-Director of PrimeCare Financial Planning, Aged Care Specialist Financial Planner and Placement Manager. He has been involved with aged care services industry for over seven years with a focus on understanding the clients’ priorities. Robert has helped hundreds of families move into aged care. His strength is to match an appropriate facility with the care needs of loved ones and their financial capacity. He assists families from start to finish on the aged care pathway and prides himself on his RAD negotiating skills and clear explanations of the aged care financials.
Robert has a Diploma in Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Monash University. He is an Authorised Representative for PrimeCare Financial Planning Pty. Ltd AFSL 473 141.

Litsa Makrangelos
Senior Financial Planner
Litsa has a Grad Dip in Financial Planning and was awarded The Masters in Business.
Litsa has had over 10 years experience in a range of financial industry roles including para-planning (writing financial plans for families), financial advise to clients and specialising in superannuation and annuities.
Litsa has worked with some key financial institutions and is very converse in many financial products where she can assist our valued clients in understanding the worth of their incomes and financial assets.
Litsa also has a wealth of experience in Centrelink services where she leads the charge to get the DHS Centrelink fees correct and making sure our clients get the correct pension they are entitled to.
Kai Yao
Financial Planner
Kai obtained the Bachelor of Accounting, is a qualified Financial Planner and has a Master of Banking and Finance.
Kai has over 6 years’ experience in accounting, financial planning including para-planning (writing financial plans) for clients in aged care and retirement and other investment classes. He has a resounding knowledge of Social Services requirements for Centrelink, Services Australia -Residential Care and the Department of Veteran Affairs.
Kai has a wealth of experience in researching and reviewing investments for clients to maximise their financial assets and incomes, including aged pensions, and minimising aged care fees where applicable.
